Skelanimals At Cheers Singapore Trading

Just as I expected. The trading system is a simple yet interactive way of trading your adopted Skelanimals away....

This is how it works:

Each Skelanimal has a "Own it" or "Trade it" button.

OWN IT: to register your Skelanimals character as available for trade.
TRADE IT: to search for a trader with the Skelanimals character you want (note: you first need to have another Skelanimals character to trade with).

For example, if you have a MAXX for trade, register your details at MAXX "OWN IT"

After registration, you will have to wait for another trader who wants to trade his/her Skelanimal for MAXX.

If you want to trade for MAXX, go to MAXX "TRADE IT"

Choose the Skelanimal you have to trade for MAXX, then fill up your details.

After the registration, the traders wait.... for an email that they get a match.

When a match is found, I believe the traders' details will be exchanged.

The rest is up to your imagination... meet up at MRT stations, postal exchange or..... meet up at CHEERS store! Wicked! What if one trader waiting in CHEERS decided to get another Skelanimal and redeemed the Skelanimal that the trader is suppose to trade for! Awkward...

Skelanimals At Cheers Singapore!

Finally, Skelanimals have made their way into Singapore. Went to visit Hougang Cheers this evening to get a good look at the Skelanimals. The Skelanimals display near the counter was so cool!

Took a photo of the display and was seen by the Cheers staff. I thought I am getting a scolding from the staff for no photography in store but the friendly staff is so kind to ask if I am interested in the Skelanimals! The staff explained in detail on the promotion and how to adopt a Skelanimal. Sounds awesome!

All you have to do is get a stamp (A Skelanimal stamp!) for every $2 purchase made at any Cheers store.. alcohol, smokes are excluded. Sorry alcoholics :(

Stick the stamp on the Skelanimal card which you can get from the friendly Cheers cashier. The Skelanimal card design is wicked!

 There are 2 ways of getting hold of a Skelanimals.

1. Give the card with 7 stamps pasted on it and pay $2 to get a Skelanimal. (This is what I did :))
2. Get 14 stamps pasted on the card to redeem a free Skelanimal.

You will be given a BLIND Skelanimal sealed packet.

ChungKee, Dax, Diego, Elle, Jack, Kit, Pen, Maxx, Oliver, Pudge

After opening my first Skelanimal, I got MAXX!

The packet comes with a Skelanimal plush and a adoption paper describing the Skelanimal's personality!

Stamps are issued from 4 May to 12 July 2011. Redemption ends 26th July 2011.
